Following brand research, the Youi brand team identified the need for the brand to shift its emotional profile and build trust in its offering to customers.
To accompany a brand refresh project by Re, Resonance was tasked with creating a sonic brand identity spanning brand music, audio logo and brand voice that can support Youi’s bid to authentically stand out with a more caring and empathetic tone from its very noisy category.
The audio logo melody resolves in a reassuring way and is designed to underpin the VO tagline: You.Insured.
Youi communications range widely in tone. Claire Lovering was cast as the brand voice for her approachable vocal quality and tonal variety.
